Winter is such an exciting time to visit Lakes Entrance with events happening all around the area thanks to the East Gippsland Winter Festival.
You will have the chance to take part in festivals, indulge your taste buds with culinary delights, learn and partake in art workshops, take an informative walk, be entertained at every turn with a mixture of art, music and performance.

5th June – Lakes Entrance Foreshore Market 8am – 1pm located on the foreshore across the road from us at Beachcomber Holiday Units. (Free)
10th – 13th June - 2022 Lakes Entrance Country Cruise Hot Rod Weekend. (Free)
11th June – Lantern Making 10am – 2pm located at Lake Tyres Hall making lanterns for the Lakes Entrance Lantern Festival. (Free)

19th & 26th June, 3rd & 10th July – What's that Bird Saying? 9:30 – 12pm Beach side of the Cunningham Arm Footbridge across the road from Beachcomber learn different bird characteristics. (Free)
19th & 26th June, 3rd & 10th July – ON FOOT guided walks with Skipper Pete at 10am leaving from the over the footbridge across the road from us at Beachcomber. (Ticketed)
19th June – Progressive Lunch Cruise on the Gippsland Lakes 12 – 3pm leaving from Post Office Jetty enjoy a cruise to different destinations where you will feast on local Gippsland Produce and Wine from The Tank Woodfires Truck. (Ticketed)

24th June – Wyanga Park Winer Feast 6pm 24B Baades Rd Lakes Entrance. Warm up in front of the woodfire with mulled wine and then feast on 3 courses paired with wine to match (Ticketed)
25th June – Pig Day Out from 12 noon at Red Bluff Brewers a 5 minute drive from Beachcomber you will enjoy 4 courses of porky goodness by The Tank Woodfire Unit paired with 4 beers from Red Bluff Brewers. (Ticketed)

2nd July – Winter Solstice Sip & Plunge 10am at the Footbridge across the road from Beachcomber take the plunge into the cool waters and then warm up your insides with a tasty hot chocolate (Ticketed)
2nd July – Circling Time by Kutcha Edwards Performance at 7:30 located at Lakes Entrance Mechanics Hall. A mesmerising performance by renowned Aboriginal singer/songwriter and proud Mutti Mutti, Yorta Yorta and Nari Nari man, Kutcha Edwards. Prior to the performance you can partake in a workshop at 4pm (Both are Ticketed)
