Terms and Conditions
1. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: Our standard check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please inform us in advance, and we’ll make arrangements for you to collect your room key.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 am to allow us to prepare for the next guest’s arrival. If you need a late check-out, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you (subject to occupancy). Late check-out may incur a fee of up to $25 per 30 Minutes.
2. Credit Card Details:
We’ll hold your credit card details to cover incidentals and any property damage during your stay.
3. Cooking Facilities:
You’re welcome to use the cooking facilities provided. However, please refrain from cooking, storing and consuming seafood in the unit to maintain an odor-free environment for you and future guests. If seafood odors are detected, a service fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation may apply.
External fridges, decaling sinks, and outdoor barbecues are available for food preparation and alfresco cooking.
4. Smoking Policy:
Our units are strictly smoke-free. Ashtrays are provided for cigarette disposal. Smoking odors may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
5. Cleanliness and Tidiness:
Please leave the units in a clean and tidy state. Ensure the kitchen is cleaned, dishes are dried and put away, and all rubbish is removed to avoid a cleaning fee.
6. Occupancy:
Guest Numbers: Please ensure you’ve accurately indicated the number of guests during booking. Charges will apply for extra guests.
Age Requirements:
Adults: Guests aged 18 years and above are considered adults.
Children: All children over the age of any age are classified as children.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult during their stay.
7. Cot and Extra Bed Policies:
Portacots are available upon request (charged at $20 per stay).
Unfortunately, there is no capacity for extra beds in any of our units.
8. Parties and Noise:
Parties are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of other guests and neighbors, especially after 10:00 pm. Let’s create a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
9. Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a pet-free environment for all our guests.
10. Quality and Value:
We strive to provide quality and value for money during your stay. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us.
Payment Policy:
At Beachcomber Holiday Units, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience. We accept the following credit cards:

A nominal 1% charge is applicable for credit card transactions. Please note that Beachcomber Holiday Units reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount on your credit card prior to your arrival.
Booking Payment:
To confirm and secure your reservation, we now require full payment at the time of booking. This payment covers all charges associated with your stay. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a credit card for a bond, serving as a safeguard against any incidental charges or damages during your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can shift, and we aim to provide flexibility to our guests. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up until 7 days before your scheduled check-in date. If a cancellation occurs within the final 7 days leading up to check-in, a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation will be applied. Cancellations made before this 7-day window will result in a full refund.
Please note:
No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any change of dates within the 7-day period may incur additional charges.
There are no adjustments allowed to the number of guests within the 7 days leading up to check-in.
