Medieval Winter Fire Festival

The Medieval Winter Fire Festival returns in 2025 as part of the East Gippsland Winter Festival, and you're invited to join the fun! Dress up in your best Medieval costume, rug up, and venture out into the winter evening.

Event Highlights:

• Historical Re-Enactment:

  • The East Gippsland Historical Re-Enactment Group will be there in full costume to share and teach medieval games and skills, including a thrilling sword fighting show.

• Warmth and Fire:

  • Bruthen CFA will manage a big bonfire and several fire pots to keep you warm throughout the evening.
